What is ENVELOPE?
ENVELOPE is a quarterly magazine based in Philadelphia and published at envelopemagazine.com. Four times a year, ENVELOPE editors G. Laynor and J. Gin think of a topic and seek creative responses to the topic. ENVELOPE is interested in original work in any digital form.
Each issue of ENVELOPE takes on a topic and collects a variety of approaches on the topic. ENVELOPE exists to generate new work as well to generate a community that can receive the work. While invested in Philadelphia and in emerging artists, ENVELOPE resists narrow geographic and demographic confinement.
ENVELOPE is open to evolution.
